These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TasteForTwo mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by TasteForTwo ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to consent to online services, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for users under 13.
You represent that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, and that all information you provide is accurate.

TasteForTwo is a recommendation app that helps you discover restaurants and connect with others based on shared taste preferences. Recommendations are generated automatically from your responses, behavior, and location and are provided for your information only. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, pricing, safety, or operating hours of any restaurant or third-party venue. Use your own judgment, and always confirm details with the venue directly.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
The Service lets you submit reviews, photos, profile details, reactions, and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
By submitting User Content, you grant TasteForTwo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the User Content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, without limitation, content that is sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, that targets or harasses other users, or that promotes self-harm or violence.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it in-app or email support@tastefor2.com.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by TasteForTwo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service may display or link to information, data, or content from third parties, including restaurant data and map tiles. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account directly in the App at Profile → Delete Account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued operation poses a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT RECOMMENDATIONS OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. ANY DECISION TO VISIT A RESTAURANT OR MEET ANOTHER USER IS YOUR OWN; WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO THOSE INTERACTIONS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OUTCOMES.
These Terms are between you and TasteForTwo, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Your use of the Service must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms (App Store Terms of Service). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter period is necessary to comply with law. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
